Sikandar Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sikandar’s software, websites, applications, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
Sikandar provides cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, AI-powered business agents, workflow automation, integrations, analytics, and related software services.
3. Customer Accounts
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities conducted under their accounts.
4. Subscription and Fees
Services are provided under the subscription plan agreed upon by the customer. All fees are payable in accordance with the applicable invoice or service agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, source code, trademarks, logos, designs, documentation, and related materials remain the exclusive property of Sikandar and its licensors.
6. Customer Data
The customer retains ownership of all data submitted to the platform. Sikandar will process and store customer data solely for the purpose of providing services.
7. AI Services Disclaimer
AI-generated outputs, recommendations, predictions, and automated actions are provided for informational and operational assistance purposes only. Customers are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated results before relying on them for business decisions.
8. Acceptable Use
Customers shall not:
- Use the services for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Distribute malware or malicious code.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the software without written permission.
9. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect confidential information received from the other party and not disclose such information to unauthorized third parties.
10. Service Availability
Sikandar will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sikandar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Sikandar’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer during the preceding twelve (12) months.
12. Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify and hold Sikandar harmless from claims arising from their misuse of the services or violation of applicable laws.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate the services in accordance with the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, access to the services may be suspended or removed.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Oman unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.
